After 3 firings and 28 hours of working on 3 ceramic garden signs, I’m very lucky all of them came out okay. A third of my signs end up cracking at some point in the process. I’ve learned the hard way to not rush and take my time. The worst is when a piece cracks in the last firing. 🥲 This is a risky business but one I chose to take a chance with.
Below are bits and pieces of the process of making these signs.

Hanging Tips + Tricks:
Hang this sign with a chain, metal wire, rope, or screws. If hanging with screws, be sure to fasten them to a loose, snug fit—not too tight—as overtightening may cause cracking or breakage of the ceramic. Hammering nails is not advised due to the fragility of the piece. No refunds will be given for cracking or breakage that occurs during installation.
